Ro Treco earned her 200 hour teacher certification in Embodyoga® at Newington Yoga Center.

As an instructor, Ro is a compassionate and gentle presence.

Yoga has helped me to find pleasure in just being “me” and allowing myself to be alive in my own body, and to accept myself just the way I am. My yoga practice helps me to experience each moment of my life more fully. I want to help others find this bliss that is available to all of us, just by turning inward and letting go.
