Newington Yoga Center events, shown at left in date order, give you the opportunity to experience classes taught by visiting teachers. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, and limited to the optimal number of students.

Workshops

Newington Yoga Center workshops, conducted by our friendly and experienced staff, are designed to focus on topics of interest and a variety of yoga forms. Some workshops are single-event format, while others are series. Please check at left for upcoming workshops, in date order.

Class Series

Newington Yoga Center often schedules series of classes at a reduced price. Check at left for our current offerings, in day of week order. Walk-ins are welcome for most series.
