As the seasons change, so do we. In Winter, we tend to eat heartier, heavier foods appropriate for the cold weather. When moving into Spring, it’s a good idea to prepare the body for change, ridding the body of stagnation and preparing for fresh foods and a lighter diet. The cleansing process is a gentle way to support and nurture you, especially when accompanied by an appropriate yoga practice.
